1 Cup Kanabelle Instant Full Cream Milk
2 Scoops vanilla ice cream
5 Frozen or fresh strawberrys, sliced
1 tsp. vanilla essence
Combine all ingredients in a milkshake maker or
blender. Blend for one minute.
2 Cups (250g) plain flour
2 Teaspoons baking powder
3 Tablespoons (35g) Kanabelle
Milk Powder to make 250ml milk
2 Cups (400g) white sugar
2 Teaspoons vanilla essence
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Sift together the flour and baking powder. Add 250ml hot water to 35g Kanabelle milk powder in a mug and set aside.
Beat eggs until foamy then add sugar. Continue beating on medium-high speed until thick and lemon coloured. Add vanilla, reduce mixer speed to medium and add hot milk in a steady stream. Quickly beat in flour mixture.Spoon mixture into prepared muffin pan. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Stand in pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
